This plugin extends Tickets with an Articles (aka Knowledge Base) storage section.

- Public Articles (allows users to view Articles without an account, great for public information and FAQs)
This plugin is super easy to install into an existing copy of Tickets. Simply upload the folder and enable from the Plugins page. Requires Tickets 1.4 or higher already installed. Please see the documentation below for more information.
