Running text is AS3 effect, which can be used as a banner or as an information panel on your web page, or in your AS3 projects.

It is fully xml driven. You only create instance of effect in your project and change config.xml file and thats it. Or you can use included template file to easy generate the banner.
You can change this values(not all of these are visible in preview):
width/height of visible region
displayed text
sliding speed
used font
font size
font style(bold, italic, underline)
glow effect enable/disable
width/height of displayed LED pixel
space between LED pixels
